Returns & Exchanges

If your Ron Dorff purchase isn't a perfect fit, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your items. All products must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and protective hygiene stickers intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are attached, and include the provided return form.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
